เพื่อแถลงผลการดำเนินงาน และรายงานผลประกอบการให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นฯ ตามวาระการประชุม โดยมีคุณศิริศักดิ์ ถิรวัฒนางกูร ประธานกรรมการ พร้อมด้วยคุณศิริวัฒน์ วงศ์จารุกร ประธานกรรมการบริหาร และคุณธนกร ชาลี ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ รวมถึงคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ ณ ห้องประชุมของบริษัทชั้น 23 อาคารเอสเจ อินฟินิท วัน บิสซิเนส คอมเพล็กซ์
โดยการประชุมใหญ่สามัญผู้ถือหุ้นในครั้งนี้ มีข้อสรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทในรอบปี 2564 ที่ผ่านมา ดังนี้- Business Performance Results : MFEC เติบโตตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ 15%- Key Performance Results : มี Backlog เพิ่มขึ้น 1.2 พันล้านบาท- Corporate Governance : ได้รับการประเมินโดยคว้าคะแนนการประเมินได้ถึงร้อยละ 98 ซึ่งจัดอยู่ในระดับ “ยอดเยี่ยม”- Anti-Corruption Policy : ได้รับการรับรองให้เข้าเป็นสมาชิกของแนวร่วมปฏิบัติของภาคเอกชนไทยในการต่อต้านคอร์รัปชัน โดยบริษัทฯ ได้ยึดถือและปฏิบัติติตามนโยบายต่อต้านคอร์รัปชัน (Anti-Corruption Policy) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
ทั้งนี้บริษัท เอ็ม เอฟ อี ซี จำกัด (มหาชน) จะดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายในการบริหารให้ยอดขายเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนได้ถึงปีละ 15% หรือเติบโตขึ้นเท่าตัวในทุก ๆ 5 ปี ผ่านการใช้ศักยภาพของ TIS Inc. ในฐานะผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ โดยการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ร่วมกัน และคาดหวังว่าจุดแข็งของ TIS Inc. จะทำให้ MFEC เติบโตทั้งในประเทศไทย และในอาเซียนต่อไปในอนาคต
MFEC Public Company Limited (MFEC) organized the Annual General Meeting of 2022 in a form of E-meeting to report business performance results and profits to shareholders according to the agenda of the meeting. The participants include Sirisak Tirawattanangkul, Board Chairman; Siriwat Vongjarukorn, Chief Executive Officer; Thanakorn Charlee; Chief Operating Officer and Board of Directors. The meeting was held at the company’s meeting room on the 23rd Floor of SJ Infinite One Business Complex building.
The summary of performance results of 2021 reported in the Annual General Meeting 2022 are as follows:Business Performance Results: MFEC’s growth achieved the goal at 15%Key Performance Results: 1.2 billion Baht increased in BacklogCorporate Governance: High evaluation score at 98 (excellent) was received from SETAnti-Corruption Policy: MFEC was certified as a member of Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC) and consistently follows Anti-Corruption Policy.
MFEC Public Company Limited intends to work towards the goal of 15% increase in sales per year and double the company’s growth every 5 years through the potential of TIS Inc. as the major shareholder. With planning strategy together, MFEC hopes that the strengths of TIS Inc. will result in MFEC’s growth in Thailand and ASEAN in the future.
