MFEC has received the leading international standard certification for Information Technology service management, ISO/IEC 20000-1, for 2 consecutive years from BSI Group (Thailand) Company Limited by the British Standards Institution (BSI) in 2022. This certification covers five services; in 2023, MFEC increased the number of services in its scope. Currently, MFEC covers 7 services, including IT Support, Helpdesk, Cyber Security Operation Center and Manage Security (CSOC), Information Security (InfoSec), System Infrastructure, IT Operation Managed Services (ITOMS), Networking, and Cisco Customer Experience. This achievement further enhances work efficiency through overall process development aligned with standards, enabling MFEC to use its potential to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
IISO/IEC 20000-1 is the international standard for Information Technology Service Management Systems (SMS), which includes requirements and practices to enable the delivery of excellent service to customers. It outlines the IT service work management to meet business requirements through process improvement and personnel potential based on the data obtained from continuous monitoring and quality assurance checks.
