Campaign “Clean Dare Share Action: Synergy Makes the World a Better Place!”

After launching the campaign “Clean Dare Share Action: Synergy Makes the World a Better Place!”, MFEC quickly continued its environmental activities within the organization, starting with small, relatable actions like waste management through the “How to Dispose” activity.  We organized a parade featuring experts in organizational environmental management and dedicated staff to educate employees on-site, along with fun activities to practice proper waste segregation. This event not only created a lively atmosphere, but also heightened employees’ awareness about waste disposal and encouraged their participation in environmental conservation efforts. We are committed to building strength from the inside out, aligning with our environmental operations principles under ESG, specifically in the area of environment.   Synergy makes the world a better place—let’s make the world better with our own hands.

Incident Response – Detecting and Analyzing Threats Through Malicious Behavior

One of the challenges in responding to cyber threats is monitoring and responding to attacks that continuously evolve in their methods and techniques. Relying solely on signature-based detection, which identifies specific characteristics of attack patterns, may not be sufficient. It’s necessary to also incorporate anomaly detection or abnormal behavior analysis for more comprehensive coverage. Although there are tools available today to assist in detecting such incidents, the ability of analysts to understand how these tools work or to identify abnormalities that the tools might miss can greatly enhance the accuracy of threat response. The incident response process, as recommended by NIST SP 800-61r2, is divided into four steps. This article focuses on step 2, Detection and Analysis. The aim is to help those involved in threat analysis understand how to detect and analyze malicious behavior. Key points from two documents—Technical Approaches to Uncovering and Remediating Malicious Activity and Federal Government

MFEC Leverages Technology Strengths to Drive 3 Core Solutions, Aiming to Revive Thailand’s Economy

MFEC embraces new challenges by integrating the strengths of its internal departments and collaborating with its subsidiaries to enhance capabilities and elevate the standards of technology services. Under the concept of “Synergy: Blending Differences to Grow,” the company aims to utilize technology to help revitalize Thailand’s economy.  MFEC’s CEO, Mr. Siriwat Vongjarukorn, shared his perspective on the state of Thailand’s digital transformation. He highlighted that the Bank of Thailand recently acknowledged last year’s GDP growth rate of 1.8%, the lowest on record, with declines continuing each quarter. This reflects a downturn in the country’s competitiveness. Additionally, the IT industry operates at a 100% trade deficit, meaning none of the profits remain in Thailand regardless of how much is sold. This positions the country at the very end of the value chain. To revitalize Thailand’s economy, building competitiveness has become the top priority for businesses to focus on.  Mr. Siriwat
